Just like with the convertible top pump I completely rebuilt
convertible top valve. Again all the
hardware was zinc plated. Here is a
tip I use for various parts that were factory plain metal
finished. I
spray satin clear over the parts so that it will preserve the original metal finish
and protect them from rusting in the future.
