Check Or Postal Money Order
We accept checks or money orders (U.S. dollars) as payment for all orders. Please use our printable Order Form. Simply list your items on the form along with your check or money order and send it to the address listed on the bottom of the order form.

Checks must have a valid nine-digit bank routing code located on the bottom of the check. Orders will not be shipped until check has been cleared, this usually takes 2-3 working days (up to 10 working days).
Money Orders/Cashiers Checks will be shipped within 1-2 days after reciept of order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please add six dollars ($6.00) on all orders for shipping and handling. California residents add 8.25% sales tax.

Outside the U.S.
We require orders outside the United States to be prepaid with a money order or cashiers check in U.S. funds. 1948CHEVY.COM reserves the right to adjust the shipping cost for your order. It's best to email us your parts order and 1948CHEVY.COM will give you a quote. All sales are final.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason items may be returned for a refund within thirty (30) days of receipt and you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. There are no shipping refunds. All return items MUST be complete, undamaged, unaltered and in resaleable condition. A copy of the original invoice with a comment written on the back stating why the parts are being returned is required.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns. The above return policys are at the discretion and determination by 1948CHEVY.COM. Any item that has been installed, altered, painted, or deemed non-resalable will be returned.

Damage
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect damaged packages immediately in the presence of the carrier. If any shipment is damaged return to carrier and submit a claim with the carrier within 24 hours. 1948CHEVY.COM cannot be held liable for a claim on damaged merchandise unless the above procedure is followed.

Shortages
Check your order as soon as you receive it. Notify us of any shortage within three days of delivery 1948CHEVY.COM will not be responsible for shortages after this three day period.
